Please read the important information listed below:
A deposit of 150 Euros per person is required with the booking and the full balance payment is due 42 days ahead of your holiday dates and will be automatically taken from your credit card. You will be notified at the time of payment and your credit card payment receipts will be shown on your statement from the 'Alpine Flying Centre', our parent company. Payments that are not cleared at 42 days will automatically denote the cancellation of your booked holiday dates, unless prior notice is given.
To Book: contact the office to check that the dates you require are available. You will be pencilled in and your place held for a few days only until your booking, deposit or full payment has been received - we accept visa and MasterCard: all deposits are non-returnable. Cheque payments can be made by arrangement.
You will be liable for the full holiday cost if you cancel within 42 days of your booked dates or depart partway through your booked dates. Please make sure you have travel/cancellation insurance, medical and repatriation insurance when making the booking. If you are a European citizen bring an EHIC card. A European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) entitles you to reduced-cost, sometimes free, medical treatment that becomes necessary while you're in a European Economic Area (EEA) country.
